Manufacturer 10 Day Warranty
10 Days upon receipt of your merchandise with Proof of Purchase. Proof of purchase is defined as a store receipt showing date of purchase and may require an image of the product.
Replacement/Refund Eligibility
Proof of Purchase is required and should be emailed to Ginsey Home Solutions, Customer Service Team at service@ginsey.com. Customer Service will respond within 24-48 hours of our request. Upon receipt of the required documentation, you will be emailed providing appropriate resolution.
Damages and Product defects
Please inspect your order upon reception. If the item is defective, damaged, or the wrong item ordered, please contact Ginsey Home Solutions via email at service@ginsey.com with required proof of purchase documents.
